Amazing stay at the Westin Seaport. Everyone was so accommodating and friendly. For the breakfast buffet, Kenny was our server. Best experience. He was so attentive and had everything for us before we even could ask. You have to ask for him if you visit!

Mya and all the staff at Westin Seaport Sauciety were so lovely to work with during my stay. I stayed at the hotel for our work conference, and the staff was so accommodating to all our reservations and changes during the course of the Congress. We really appreciate everyone going to extra mile to attend to our needs.

Mya at the society restaurant was very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend going to the restaurants and having a meal breakfast was spectacular. I had the buffet me and my coworker sat down and had pleasantries with Mya. She was a great hostess and very professional at everything she did. I was extremely satisfied.

The hotel itself was nice, the 50$ a night fee for parking in the most dilapidated parking garage I've ever seen was a bit ridiculous, everything was expensive and overrated, the staff and hotel were both very nice but overall it wasn't worth the steep price point. If you stay here plan on spending a couple hundred dollars on parking.

Staff took hospitality to a feel good lasting impression. I stayed at the Westin for 3 days for a conference. Each night I worked late and ordered room service. From the team making the calls to the delivery staff- they were exceptional. Specifically Donna and Shelly knocked it out of the park. Westin always does customer service well- but this was thoughtful and friendlier than usual.
